1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the bullion trading platform provided by Mayank Jewellers, with its registered office at Main Road, Gujri Chowk, Balaghat, 481001, Madhya Pradesh.
1.2. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
1.3. The purchased Bullion can be redeemed from the retail store of the Jeweller/Seller.
2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the platform.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information while registering and agree to update it when necessary.
3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2. Any activity under your account is deemed to be authorized by you.
4.1. Bullion prices are subject to real-time market fluctuations and may change without prior notice.
4.2. All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.3. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled due to market volatility.
5.1. Payments can be made via available payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your card/bank details.
5.2. You must ensure sufficient balance/limit in your account during the transaction.
6.1. Bullion purchased can be physically redeemed at Mayank Jewellers' retail store or delivered as per selected service options (if available).
6.2. Delivery timelines are subject to location and logistics. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
7.1. Orders once placed are final and cannot be cancelled due to price sensitivity of bullion.
7.2. Refunds are only issued in case of a failed transaction where money was debited but the order was not confirmed.
8.1. All content, logos, and materials on the platform are the intellectual property of Mayank Jewellers.
8.2. You are not permitted to reproduce or use any content without prior written consent.
9.1. Mayank Jewellers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
10.1. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
11.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the platform, and continued usage implies acceptance.
12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh.
