Rank 23 Umbra has 260 health, and 680 with it on. Atlus Frost and Wukong are the frames I put all three on.
Yeah, precisely. Since the armor rework the survival mods are a lot more viable across all frames. I would suggest some Umbral mod that does base damage reduction, but there's a little secret from the Revised update; since Tenno Health and Armour is no longer the same as the enemy Health and Armour, this means that mods for Armour now do function like base DR mods for Health.
WARFRAME 8 Umbral Vitality +120% Health +3% Tau Resistance Enhance mods in this set. I know that ability efficiency has a hard cap at 175% percent, but it would be nice to have a buffer of sorts against things like Blind Rage. Most frames benefit from both health and power strength, so its still good for just 2 mods. I generally don't use it on non prime frames, but wisp is a long way off being primed, and benefits a lot from extra strength and health. As a Titania main, I would really, really love to have... That’s because you have the other 2 Umbral mods, the set bonus increases the stats given by these mods And with the fact that no frame has less than 100 Armour anymore, that means that Umbral Fibre will, at max, give every frame a minimum of 292.5 Armour, or 49% base DR on health. Keep this in mind, the dev might hid it again and delete their files saying

Outside of that the base status mods have already been buffed, and we have the dual stat mods for boosts there too. Well likely get more if / when they release more umbral frames. If you want to put the Umbral mods on say, Chroma, Valkyr, Rhino, or Inaros, it's generally considered a good idea. With the onset of there being likely a little more Umbral Forma available after Glassmaker and whatever DE do with the random drops in the Veil, getting a triple Umbral for Health, Strength and Efficiency, or even a quad-version (not stacking the bonuses past 3 time, just to make that clear) with Range too? But the problem with the melee ones is simply that in terms of Status vs Crit, we have Blood Rush and Weeping Wounds if we're exploiting the Combo scaling which stacks up to far more impactful critical chance than the Sacrificial set gives, and Sacrificial Pressure is actually worse than Primed Pressure Point for raw damage if you're not exploiting Crit.
