We loved our stay at Lux Le Morne! and we were harassed, bullied, threatened with eviction, followed and had other guests questioned about that we’d said to them! Hotel was full and busy first day next day TUI rep was telling us about island visits to go on after that no more communication from him, all bars restaurants pools even the beach was closed to remaining dozen or so guests we were told we could sleep there but we had to go next door to RIU Creole which is a family hotel for everything the lemourne left any remaining guests with nothing then RIU Creole hotel nextdoor started to shut down and left us with same food reheated for two days and very little service two days later we were sent back to uk by emergency flight this was our second holiday holiday on the island first holiday two years before wasnt much better so much for dream holidays we will never return to the island again never mind that hotel Dear lureswinger, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your recent stay. Since the hotel wasn't full, we were offered to move to another room in a better and more quiet section (read complimentary upgrade here) which addressed the problem nicely.
